Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 19 October 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to physiotherapy, massage and other services provided by Pulse Physio, trading under MAIS Physio Ltd (“we”, “us” or “our”).

Treatment location: 360 Fitness Gym, York Street, Bury, Greater Manchester, BL9 7AR.

By booking an appointment or purchasing a membership, you agree to the applicable terms below.

1. Appointments and cancellations

Appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or rearrange an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend without notice, will incur the full appointment fee.

This policy applies to appointments booked individually and appointments included in a monthly membership. Any charge will be communicated before booking and will be subject to applicable consumer law.

If we cancel an appointment, we will offer an alternative appointment or an appropriate refund for any prepaid service we cannot provide.

2. Monthly memberships and treatment allowances

Memberships include the number and type of treatments specified in the selected plan at the time of purchase.

  • Where a plan includes two massage sessions or two other treatments per calendar month, these must be used within that month.
  • Unused sessions cannot be carried forward, rolled over or accumulated for future months.
  • Unused sessions cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
  • Additional treatments outside the membership allowance will be charged at the advertised rate.
  • All appointments are subject to availability and should be booked in advance.

If we are unable to provide a reasonable opportunity to use your allowance, please contact us so that we can review the circumstances.

3. Membership payments

Membership payments must be made monthly in advance, using either:

  • Direct Debit: collected on the first day of each calendar month; or
  • Bank transfer: paid monthly in accordance with the payment instructions provided by Pulse Physio.

You must ensure that payments are made in full and on time. Where a payment fails or remains outstanding, we may contact you to arrange payment and may suspend future bookings or membership benefits while payment remains outstanding, subject to applicable law.

4. Membership cancellation

You may cancel your membership by emailing hello@pulsephysio.co.uk.

We require at least five working days’ notice before your next monthly renewal date to prevent the next renewal payment from becoming due.

If your cancellation request is received after this deadline, your membership will normally end at the following monthly renewal, and the next scheduled payment will remain payable under the agreed membership terms.

We will confirm your cancellation and its effective date. Cancelling a Direct Debit through your bank alone does not cancel the membership agreement.

Any applicable statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.

5. Treatment and clinical suitability

Please provide accurate information about your health, medical history, medications, injuries and any relevant changes before treatment.

Treatment will be provided following appropriate assessment and informed consent. You may decline treatment or withdraw consent at any time.

We cannot guarantee specific treatment outcomes. We may modify, postpone or decline treatment where clinically necessary or where treatment falls outside our professional scope.

6. Prices and refunds

Current prices and membership details will be displayed on our website or communicated before purchase.

Refunds will be provided where required by law or where we cannot provide a prepaid service. Fees for services already provided are generally non-refundable, subject to your statutory rights.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Privacy and clinical records

We collect and maintain relevant personal and clinical information to manage bookings, provide treatment, administer payments and meet applicable legal and professional obligations.

Your information is handled in accordance with our separate Privacy Policy. Clinical records may need to be retained after you stop attending or cancel your membership.

8. Complaints

If you have a concern about your treatment, appointment or membership, please contact us at hello@pulsephysio.co.uk. We will aim to resolve your concern fairly and promptly.
